Factory Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Responsible:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the factory setup and facilitate with the local authorities and related parties<\/li>\n<li>Manages the daily activities, operation, and troubleshooting at the factory.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.<\/li>\n<li>Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the daily production line go smoothly and plan\/target be achievable in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; and determining administrative system improvements, if any.<\/li>\n<li>Meets financial objectives by forecasting the raw material requirements and supply chains; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Develops strategic plans by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven industrial experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5.5 days working per week, 1.5 days off per week;
