{"id":857,"date":"2020-07-06T07:03:59","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T07:03:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/group.schneitec.com.kh\/?p=857"},"modified":"2020-08-11T08:15:08","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T08:15:08","slug":"director-solar-pv-business-division","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/group.schneitec.com.kh\/km\/director-solar-pv-business-division\/","title":{"rendered":"Director, Solar PV Business Division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Responsible:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute a strategy for Solar PV projects, including investment, EPC, and O&amp;M that is applicable, cost effective, reduces complexity and assure compliance with the best practice and standard procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the execution on multiple development projects at the same time in cooperation with the relevant project managers and project management office.<\/li>\n<li>Establish standards of performance and monitors conformance for staff (through performance review) and project site executions (through service level agreements)<\/li>\n<li>Participate on Committees and Project Steering Committees, ensuring project negotiation approval with a circumstance of risk management and mitigation is aligned with enterprise needs and industry best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Management of planning, staffing and budgeting to ensure appropriate execution on agreements\/contracts, required consents, policies and procedures while achieving the strategic business objectives in an efficient and effective manner<\/li>\n<li>Engage and collaborate with other relevant departments and business divisions<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the recruitment, training, retention, and organization of information and personnel in accordance with the Company\u2019s talent acquisition personnel policies and budget requirements<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency and excellence<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring high customer satisfaction rates, creating repeat engagement, and self-service conversion<\/li>\n<li>Play a key role in building strategic alliance and business partners for client acquisitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified bachelor degree in Engineering, or related fields. Higher degree is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7 years overseeing multiple development projects with oversight experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years project management experience, preferably in Power &amp; Energy sector<\/li>\n<li>The ability to develop &amp; mentor members of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the profile of risks in the project premises and devise a strategy to mitigate.<\/li>\n<li>Able to coordinate the activities of a diverse group of engineers, driving discovery, troubleshooting and resolution
