Job Responsible:
- Define and execute a strategy for Solar PV projects, including investment, EPC, and O&M that is applicable, cost effective, reduces complexity and assure compliance with the best practice and standard procedures.
- Oversee the execution on multiple development projects at the same time in cooperation with the relevant project managers and project management office.
- Establish standards of performance and monitors conformance for staff (through performance review) and project site executions (through service level agreements)
- Participate on Committees and Project Steering Committees, ensuring project negotiation approval with a circumstance of risk management and mitigation is aligned with enterprise needs and industry best practice.
- Management of planning, staffing and budgeting to ensure appropriate execution on agreements/contracts, required consents, policies and procedures while achieving the strategic business objectives in an efficient and effective manner
- Engage and collaborate with other relevant departments and business divisions
- Oversee the recruitment, training, retention, and organization of information and personnel in accordance with the Company’s talent acquisition personnel policies and budget requirements
- Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency and excellence
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring high customer satisfaction rates, creating repeat engagement, and self-service conversion
- Play a key role in building strategic alliance and business partners for client acquisitions
Requirements:
- Qualified bachelor degree in Engineering, or related fields. Higher degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years overseeing multiple development projects with oversight experience
- Minimum 5 years project management experience, preferably in Power & Energy sector
- The ability to develop & mentor members of the team.
- Determine the profile of risks in the project premises and devise a strategy to mitigate.
- Able to coordinate the activities of a diverse group of engineers, driving discovery, troubleshooting and resolution steps
