Job Responsible:

  • Oversees the factory setup and facilitate with the local authorities and related parties
  • Manages the daily activities, operation, and troubleshooting at the factory.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
  • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
  • Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
  • Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
  • Ensures the daily production line go smoothly and plan/target be achievable in a timely manner.
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; and determining administrative system improvements, if any.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting the raw material requirements and supply chains; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Develops strategic plans by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven industrial experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
  • Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
